Just a reminder, November 30th is the day to, "Shop the Hood." Take the time to enjoy what your local merchants and vendors have to offer. Who needs to get caught up in the "hoopla" that is Black Friday, certainly not me?

I will be on site in a few local areas to help promote the Yellow Pages Group initiative designed at getting us to shop locally, spend our money locally and aid those businesses who make a difference in our community.

So save a little of your holiday budget for the 30th of November and make a difference in your community. You never know, they may end up employing your kids with their first jobs.
